Quezon City strengthened its commitment to safer learning environments by launching the QC Safe Schools Whole-of-Community Framework on August 14, 2026, at the M.I.C.E. Center.
The initiative brings together schools, government agencies, law enforcement, barangays, parents, students, and community organizations to address concerns such as bullying, discrimination, violence, illegal drugs, online threats, and emergency preparedness.
APSA QC proudly joined the initiative, alongside fellow education and community stakeholders, in supporting the shared goal of making schools safer and more supportive for every learner.
Through programs such as the School Safety and Emergency Response Guide, safety drills, anti-bullying campaigns, and community engagement, QC Safe Schools emphasizes that the entire community shares responsibility for protecting students.
APSA QC’s participation reflects its continued support for collaboration among schools and local stakeholders. Together, we can help create learning environments where students feel safe, respected, and empowered to learn and grow.
