The Association of Private School Administrators (APSA) – Quezon City successfully held a Courtesy Visit and Conference with Dr. Joyce DR Andaya, Assistant Secretary for Operations and Regional Director of the Department of Education – National Capital Region (DepEd NCR), on August 4, 2026.

The meeting provided an important opportunity for APSA Quezon City and DepEd NCR to strengthen their partnership and engage in meaningful dialogue on matters concerning private education.
